[insert]Music: What Happened In Stuttgart?

This is a mix I made sometime back in January. I’m planning to make one new mix weekly, released on Thursdays; hopefully getting my friends and colleagues excited for the weekend to come. I’ll just throw this one up for grabs, but I’ll be posting a fresh mix this and, cough cough tentatively, every Thursday. Enjoy.

Also, if you’ve noticed I’ve changed the blog theme. Hemmingway is quite popular, which made me shy away from it at first, but I think it supports deeper exploration through a blogs content + COMMENTING. Looking forward to future dialogues. what program are you mixing these with? ableton? not my particular tastes but enjoying them none the less…it’s going to be hard to keep up with a mix a week, i applaud the effort.

I’m mixing with Virtual DJ, and I recently got Traktor DJ studio, which is
really sweet. I need to get some equipment though. Mixing with just my mouse
is limiting, but I’m still learning. Yeah the one mix a week may be a little
tough, but I want to keep my practice up, somehow, I’m really enjoy mixing.
